Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase, ensuring you’re updated on its status.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please reach out to us via our contact page. We’ll do our best to adjust the address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, a re-shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of redirecting your package.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving our domestic market, but please stay tuned for future updates as we may expand our shipping options.
For pre-orders, shipping will take longer than usual due to the nature of pre-order processing, typically 2-4 weeks.
For standard orders, items are picked and packed within 1-2 days. After that, standard Australia Post delivery times apply, generally taking 2-6 business days depending on the destination (2-3 days within the same state, 3-6 days interstate, and up to 8-14 days for remote areas like Western Australia).
For express post, your order will follow Australia Post Express Post times, offering next business day delivery within the Express Post network (covering most capital cities and major centers, excluding Darwin and Perth CBD only), or 1-3 business days for areas outside this network.
Yes, we’re happy to assist with exchanges if you’ve chosen the wrong size or changed your mind. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
