Welcome to Bird Flip’s shipping policy. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently while ensuring transparency about our process.
Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For pre-orders, shipping will take longer due to their nature, with an estimated delivery of 2-4 weeks.
Shipping Times: Once processed, standard Australia Post delivery applies, taking 2-6 business days depending on your location (2-3 days within the same state, 3-6 days interstate, and up to 8-14 days for remote areas like Western Australia). For express post, expect next business day delivery within the Express Post network (most capital cities and major centers, excluding Darwin and Perth CBD only), or 1-3 business days for areas outside this network.
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs are included in the product pricing, except for pre-order sales. Express postage will be added as an extra charge at checkout.
Address Changes: If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at kyle.napoleoni@gmail.com immediately. We can only modify unprocessed orders. Once shipped, a re-shipping fee will apply for address changes.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track your order via the provided link or contact us if issues arise.
Delays and Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked delivered but not received, allow 48 hours and check common delivery spots. For lost or damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos for assistance.
